Sweden — Brain Research
Sweden's leading foundation funding research into brain diseases, including early diagnostics, tumour biology, and the development of new treatments. All donations go directly to Swedish research projects.
Associazione Italiana Tumori Cerebrali — an Italian non-profit dedicated exclusively to brain tumour research, funding studies into earlier diagnostics and improved therapies. Donations also accepted in memory of loved ones.

Brain tumours
Abnormal growths in or around the brain — from slow-growing benign tumours to aggressive glioblastomas with median survival under 15 months.
ADHD
A neurodevelopmental condition affecting attention and impulse control. One of the most common brain-based diagnoses, affecting children and adults alike.
Addiction
A chronic brain disorder involving compulsive substance use or behaviours despite their harmful consequences. Research links it to disrupted reward pathways in the brain.
Stroke
The second leading cause of death globally. Every minute without blood flow costs ~2 million neurons.
Multiple Sclerosis
An autoimmune disease attacking the myelin sheath around nerve fibres, disrupting signals between brain and body.
Depression
A mood disorder affecting hundreds of millions worldwide. Involves changes in brain chemistry and structure.
Alzheimer's
The leading cause of dementia. Gradually destroys memory and cognitive function. No cure exists yet.
Dementia
Loss of memory, language, and reasoning severe enough to affect daily life.
ALS
Rapidly destroys motor neurons controlling muscles. Most people survive 2–5 years after diagnosis. No cure exists.
